With over 23 years of experience in finance, Wade has worked in multiple industries, including film & media, technology & AI solutions, agriculture, and ESG-focused companies.

Wade has been key in raising capital in these industries, and in implementing global industry innovations with an ESG focus. He has provided successful commercial solutions that have also reduced environmental impacts.

His skills in corporate finance and international business enable him to negotiate and secure large contracts, partnerships, and investments with various stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, corporations, and private investors on a global basis.

Wade also contributes to the strategic planning and vision of companies and has supported the development and growth of the staff and the projects that his team represents.

Michael is highly experienced in the finance sector, and he is based in Sydney. 

Michael has previously worked with mainstream bankers/advisors, Bain & Company, Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch as well as several high-profile boutique advisory firms in Australia and Asia. The many services he provides include, among other things, the drafting Information Memoranda, Product Disclosure Statements and complex corporate and Project Finance advice.
